I worked at MasteryPrep from 2013–2024, rising from designer to Director of Design. Over that time, I led the creation of over 100 educational books across subjects like Biology, Algebra, English, and U.S. History—handling everything from technical interior layouts to art direction on covers. I built and mentored a team of four designers, developed workflow automation scripts, and helped evolve our design processes from scrappy to scalable. I also led the design of TruScore, our flagship reporting platform, which generated over $10M in sales and became a cornerstone product during the pandemic.
